Den prestigefyllde vetenskapstidningen The Lancet släppte tidigare i år sin rapport EAT-Lancet. Den handlade om våra livsmedel och vad vi kan äta i framtiden för att minska klimatförändringarna. Rapporten slog bland annat fast att vi behöver äta mindre kött – max 14 gram rött kött om dagen.
